PRIVACY POLICY

The Australian Government has introduced Privacy Legislation protecting the confidentiality of personal information gathered and held, and when it can be disclosed to other parties.

Precision Parts has always considered, and will always consider, your privacy when it collects your personal information and honours without reservation our obligations to respect your privacy. Below are some of the key elements of our Privacy Policy.

Precision Parts Policy is based upon the National Privacy Principals as set out in Schedule 3 of the Privacy Act 1988. Precision Parts, in conducting its normal business activities, would gather and collect information on (1) Employees in the normal course of employment and (2) those to whom it supplies goods and services in the normal course of its business.

The primary purpose of collection of information is for the maintenance of our employees and statutory requirements, our clients register of details facilitating credit facility, billing and payment for services provided and other corporate actions and communications or legistrative requirements.

Precision Parts may store personal information in different ways including in paper and electronic form. We will take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse and loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
